As someone who loves a healthy lifestyle, with many years in the luxury and wellness industries, I’ve designed and executed adventure and wellness retreats and know a thing or two about wellness, spa, yoga, and fitness, being certified in all. My management and design skills are second to none, and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty to make sure your event or campaign is a smashing success. That paired with my journalism and media contacts creates an epic recipe!

And let's not forget about my tech-savvy side! I'm proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, Analytics, CRM software, AI growth and AI-assisted processes, and web/social platforms. I'm a whiz at Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer, Adspresso/Critter/Roll, contextual ad builds, and all things social media. When it comes to digital campaigns, I've got the skills to pay the bills. (and some humor)

Connection is a drive that has led me to continually gain new skills, explore new countries, study languages, and seek out new boundaries from design & programming study to peak bagging, skydiving, and flying helicopters.
